MEET YOUR COACH
I'm not a business coach who's only ever coached.
Before I built this work, I spent over a decade as a Police Officer, Sergeant and national Hostage & Crisis Negotiator - part of a cadre of fewer than 100 in the country. I know what it feels like to be deeply capable inside a career, and completely lost when trying to build something outside it.
My side hustle became a six-figure brand. That brand became a bricks-and-mortar shop. That shop became wholesale accounts, trade fairs and subscription boxes. I've built real businesses from nothing, and I've helped other coaches and entrepreneurs do the same.
The skills I built in my 15 years of high-stakes environments are exactly what I bring into every client session.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Things people ask before they apply.
Do I need to have a business idea already?
No - and in fact, coming in without a fixed idea is often an advantage. Phase 01 is specifically designed to surface what you should be building, rather than assuming you already know. Many clients arrive thinking they know their niche and leave with something completely different and far more aligned.
I'm still in my career, can I do this alongside work?
Absolutely, and many clients do. The fortnightly rhythm is designed with busy women in mind. Sessions are 60 minutes, scheduled around your life, and the between-session support means you never lose momentum between calls.
What kind of business will I come out with?
The Debrief Method is designed for coaching, consulting and service-based businesses, but if you're exploring a product business too, we can absolutely discuss this. I have extensive experience growing and scaling a six-figure product business, so the structure of our sessions will simply adapt to reflect your direction.
What happens after I apply?
Once you sign up, you'll receive an onboarding form to complete before our first call so we can hit the ground running from day one.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. You can pay in full at £1,497 or spread across 3 monthly payments of £533. Both options give you full, immediate access to everything included in the programme.
