WHY WORK WITH ME?

I’m Brittany Wilson; an ICF Certified Coach, Mentor and Sales Strategist who has built and scaled businesses from the ground up.

I grew my own product business from a kitchen-table idea into a bricks-and-mortar store, launched subscription models, secured wholesale partnerships and built a loyal customer base, all while navigating motherhood, leadership and the realities of building a business in real life.

Alongside this, I’ve completed a Diploma in Sales Strategy and built my coaching business around helping ambitious business owners create more clarity, stronger positioning and sustainable growth.

Before entrepreneurship, I spent over a decade as a Police Officer, Sergeant and National Hostage & Crisis Negotiator, developing deep expertise in communication, leadership, decision-making and human behaviour under pressure - skills that now shape the way I coach and mentor business owners today.
