Before I became a business coach, I spent over a decade in one of the most high-pressure careers that exists. I was a Police Officer, promoted to Sergeant and specialised as a national Hostage & Crisis Negotiator, part of a cadre of fewer than 100 in the country.

I was good at it. I understood people. I could read a room, hold space under pressure and find the words that moved a situation forward.

But after the birth of my first daughter, something shifted.

I had started a small home fragrance business a few years prior as a creative outlet. That side hustle became a six figure brand, then a bricks-and-mortar shop in a coastal town, then wholesale, trade fairs and subscription boxes.

For the first time, I understood what it felt like to build something of my own.

Following maternity leave, I took a 3 year career break to grow my business and be around for my family. What I learned, was what I actually wanted to do was help other women have that same experience, particularly women like me. Women who'd spent years being excellent at something, who had all the capability in the world, but didn't yet know how to translate who they were into a business that paid them.

I trained as an ICF Certified Life Coach, completed certifications in Money Mindset, Confidence, Lead Generation and achieved a diploma in Business Sales Strategy, and have since worked with coaches and entrepreneurs to build, package and sell their expertise.
