EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACHING

ABOUT BRITTANY WILSON

Leadership has shaped my career.

People have shaped my perspective.

I've worked in environments where decisions matter, conversations aren't always easy and the way you lead can influence far more than the immediate outcome. Those experiences are part of what I bring to Eluré.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I'm Brittany.

My route into coaching hasn't been a conventional one, and that's something I value.

I began my career in Police Scotland, taking on a range of operational roles before progressing into leadership. I learned how much responsibility can sit behind a decision, and how much can depend on the way a conversation is handled.

Training as a national hostage and crisis negotiator gave me a deeper appreciation of listening, patience and understanding the person behind the position they hold.

Outside policing, I built businesses of my own. That brought a different kind of responsibility: making choices for something I'd created, adapting when plans changed and learning as I went.

Today, I bring these experiences together through Eluré, combining real-world leadership experience with professional coaching to support others in how they think, lead and grow.

EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPED ME

Different settings. Lessons that stay with you.

Every experience has shaped how I understand leadership. Three lessons, in particular, continue to influence how I think, work and support others.

01 / LEADING

Responsibility is real.

Leadership isn't about always having the answers; it's about making considered decisions, taking responsibility for them and recognising the impact they have on others. Trust is built through fairness, consistency and how you show up when it matters.

02 / LISTENING

What isn't said matters.

Some of the most important information in a conversation is never spoken directly. Learning to listen with curiosity, recognise different perspectives and resist the urge to rush towards a solution can change the direction of an entire conversation.

03 / BUILDING

There isn't always a playbook.

Growth rarely follows a straight line. It requires judgement, adaptability and the willingness to make decisions without having every answer. I've learned that progress often comes from being prepared to challenge your thinking and approach things differently.

WHY ELURÉ

Space to think beyond the day-to-day.

When you're responsible for a team, a business or an important decision, there isn't always much room to examine your own thinking. You're often expected to have the answers, even when the situation is complex.

Eluré is built around the value of having that space: somewhere to think clearly, question familiar patterns, explore different perspectives and decide what purposeful leadership looks like in practice.

My role isn't to hand you a prescribed version of the perfect leader. It's to support you in developing your own judgement, awareness and way forward.

WHAT WORKING TOGETHER FEELS LIKE

Thoughtful challenge. Practical reflection.

Coaching is a partnership — a confidential space for honest conversations, useful questions and meaningful action.

Space to reflect.

Step outside the immediate demands of your role and consider what's really happening beneath the surface.

Room to be challenged.

Explore assumptions, identify patterns and consider perspectives you may not have examined before.

Clarity to act.

Turn new insight into decisions and behaviours that make sense for you and the people you lead.

THE NEXT CONVERSATION

Good leadership conversations start with curiosity.

If you're considering coaching, we can begin by talking about where you are, what's changing and what you'd like to develop.
